Hi there,

I get the following error (shown below) each time I do a backup (which occurs after every synch) and I was hoping someone can help me get rid of this as I'm sick and tired of having to click "Skip All".

I looked and I don't have that database on mine. Have your tried doing a soft reset before doing the backup? It looks like some program is using the database and won't let it be backed up. Also, make sure that nothing is running when you start the backup except of course AS.
