Moving Apps to SD
I want to move installed apps to my SD card. Is it possible to move them or will I need to uninstall them and then re-install on the SD card?

Also, exactly how do I go about installing future apps on the SD card? (my X30 just arrived yesterday and the SD card is still in route)

Thanks!

I don't think that there is any easy way to move the apps once they've been installed. You might be able to do it by editing the appropriate registry entries, but it's probably simpler just to uninstall, then reinstall, the apps.

When installing applications (from the "Add/Remove Programs" window) you will notice a popup window labelled "Installing Applications" which asks "Install application-name using the default application directory?" Reply "No", and a second window ("Select Destination Media") will open with a pulldown menu from which you can select the SD card.

Note that most -- but not all -- applications will run correctly from SD or CF cards. The application's documentation should tell you if you the application must be installed in main memory and not on a card.

Ditto what Ted said. I can also recommend Gigi's excellent tutorial http://www.aximsite.com/articles/link.php?id=69 for more detailed information.
