sbc yahoo pop email

anyone able to check your sbc yahoo pop email with the default email client?

what did you put under domain?

Got it and it works perfectly. Leave domain blank. For incoming and outgoing mail, use pop.mail.yahoo.com and smtp.mail.yahoo.com respectively. And make sure you check the box that says "outgoing mail requires authentication." To find that option, go to the 4th page of email setup then click on options. It is on th e second page of options.

thanks for the reply.

im using the same settings that you are including the ""outgoing mail requires authentication" part. but it still doesnt send or retrieve.

ive set up yahoo pop3 in my laptop, my pc, my gf's clie, my treo 270, my ngage, and so on blah blah. but still no luck when it comes to this.
