Why assign it to a button? If you want it on after power up or soft resets, just copy the shortcut into the start up folder under windows.
42.7% of all statistics are made up on the spot.

It is in the windows folder, it is called switcher.exe. It is a hidden file, so make sure "view all files" is checked.
