Outlook Help

I hope i'm posting this in the right forum, and i hope some one can help, or maybe direct me where to go for help. I have a axim x3, I had a Dell inspiron laptop, when i got my Axim, I installed active synce and outlook 2002 on it, no propblems. Computer got hit by lightning, so I got a new Toshiba laptop. This computer came with a trial version of Office 2003, I installed active synce on new computer, got it to work with Outlook 2003. Now the trial version has ended, and i didn't want to spend the $150 for the full version. So i tried to install outlook 2002, now my Axim will not sync with it. I thought maybee there was a conflict with 2003, so i un installed 2003, re install 2002, but still no good. When i try to open 2002 I get a mesg saying unable to open default e-mail folders. Have tried to do a system restore to get 2003 back on, but even sytem restore will not even restore my computer to an earlier date. So now I don't have any contact info on my computer, thankfully it is still in my Axim, And now I cant download any e-mail cause all my settings are lost. Any help would be greatly apreciated Thanks

It may have to do with the partnerships. Delete all your partnerships and try re-synching with whatever version of Outlook you plan on keeping installed on your computer.
