I'm a new x30 owner and a newbie to PDA's. I installed ActiveSync and transferred my Outlook folders, messages and contacts to the Axim just fine. The Outlook E-mail account is listed on the Axim, but with no smtp or pop info attached to it, i.e., I can view, create reply or fwds, but cannot send or receive into the downloaded account on the Axim. Hmmm
I have since, created proper-functioning email accounts on the Axim that work great. My question: How can I delete the downloaded, non-functioning Outlook e-mail account and folders from my Axim? There doesn't seem to be a way to do it. I appreciate your experience and suggestions. YoBC

In Messaging, select Accounts from the lower portion of the screen and then select Accounts again in the pop-up menu. Click and hold on the account you want to delete and in the pop-up menu that appears select "Delete" A message will appear asking you if you want to clear all messages blah blah blah. Select ok (or yes whatever appears, I dont remember) and off you go.

Thanks for the reply... Yeah, I found the accounts/delete etc., but unfortunately, this account does not show for deletion or clearing in the list. The "connect" or "clear" choices are greyed out. Weird. The account shows under the line...to select the account for use, but does not show when I select "accounts" above the line; to allow me to delete existing, or create new accounts.
Always open to ideas... YoBC sez tks
