when I copy this image over to my pocketpc using ActiveSync,
the transparency disappears, goes back to a white background.

can someone help me fix this image so it shows up on a transparent background on my today screen Owner Photo?

I can't seem to figure it out.
keeps wanting to change back to white during the conversion or something, I don't know what the deal is with it.
