Losing Calendar Data After ActiveSynch

I am losing weekend data in the Calendar feature of my 3xi after ActivSynch. Can anyone help me fix this or have any suggestions on what I should do. Thanks.

Go into Options in ActiveSync on your Desktop, look at the Options settings for each category you're synching, and post back exactly what the settings are.

I think I have discovered the "problem"--

Settings are:

Calendar...4 past weeks of appointments and all future week appointments

Contacts...Synch all

I guess I need to reset calendar for "All" or make "past weeks of appointments" a lot longer than 4???

However, even with these changes, it doesn't quite mesh with why I am losing only my weekend appointments??? My weekday stuff seems to stick...

Also, I have continued to have problems with getting birthdays from contacts to carry forward to the Calendar display...either they don't carry forward or I have multiple entries....anything to be done...a software patch? ... user reconfiguration? ... something else? Appreciate any advice or area I can review for ideas. Thanks.

The birthday thing is because you may enter a borthday on your calendar and Outlook also auto-enters them if you enter a borthday in a contact.

You might want to clean up our PC calendar and then for the next sync choose PC overwrites PDA.
