I get this 'unable to connect message' almost every 10 minutes, it's driving me crazy! It's a popup that come up (when the wifi is off) and when I click on 'device settings' it takes me to modems, etc.. Can anyone help?? I'm using X30H.

It sounds like pocket outlook messaging is trying to connect to check for e-mail from either a POP3 or IMAP e-mail account.
I believe that the default setting is for the Axim to check every 15 minutes. If the WIFI is off when it trys to check, you will get a cannot connect message. Check to see if you have your Axim set up to check for e-mail from a server. You should be able to go into messaging and at the bottom of the screen tap Accounts. You can check the settings for each account that may exist, and change the default time to check for e-mail. | |||||

This will happen whether the Inbox is opened or not. As an alternative to unchecking the box, I've found it will not try connecting if you make the ActiveSync account active before you close the email or leave your wireless network.
