I loaded the icons, and they look great, but could you PLEASE remove the red X's? It makes it look like there is something wrong, and I just can't stand it.

PLEEEASE!

Odyssey is a free client provided to all wm2003se devices by dell to connect to normal open/shared/WEp enabled/WPA enabled wifi access points. Without odyssey, you cannot connect to WPA equipped hotspots.

it is also a great tool to connect to hotspots that has ssid broadcast disabled. (the wifi tool that wm2003 has, sometimes does not recognize non-broadcasting ssids)

Just reverse the steps you took to implement the new icons.... provided you backed up the original files that were replaced.

actually not quite.

BTtrayce.exe and Wireless.exe were in rom - all u need to do is to terminate both applications (running in background) and then delete them from the windows folder, then restart.

i don't know wtf i did wrong, but i put both files in the Startup folder, and i got this surreal purpling of the screen that gradually wore off, and turned my unit off. i could not even turn it back on with a soft reset, so i had to hard reset.
then i installed it again, and it worked fine. just beware!

Nice icon! Easy installtion.
But, can somebody still provide the original Dell BTTrayCE.exe and WirelessIcon.exe here. I need to restore them for some reason.

when i put one of the icons (i forgot which one of the two it was) into the directory/folder according to the instruction, the device asked me if i want to replace the existing file with the new one. So i clicked yes! Of course the 3d bt and wifi icons are working fine. But they are tooooo tiny in VGA mode (which is what i use almost ALL the time) So i just want to get the old icons back. Unless someone knows how to make these new icons bigger? Thanks for your help!
