Two shortcuts when there should be one!
I installed a piece of software and it gave me 2 shortcuts in the start->programs area. I uniinstalled the software but it left one icon which is now completly useless. How do I delete the icon?

Use file explorer and make your way to Windows\Start Menu\Programs.

Hold the stylus on the shortcut name and chose delete from the popup menu.
