I have a new Axim X50,520 mhz. Contact list lets me enter phone numbers, names, etc. properly. When I attempt to open a person (already entered into contact list) to obtain more numbers, address, etc., the blue line shows but it won't open the contact. As I continue to attempt for other contacts (persons), blue line just keeps showing on all the contacts when I touch them. I must be doing something wrong. Any advice?

Soft reset. Press the reset button on the unit.

Always read stuff that will make you look good if you die in the middle of it.
