Have had X30 for 3 weeks. Sync with both Desktop (XP Home) via Cradle USB and Laptop (XP Tablet)via IR. All of a sudden X30 will no longer sync to Desktop. X30 syncs for 10 secs, status bar extends 20% across then grays out with "Connected Synchronization Error". The X30 is still connected to the dektop can explore, add files and even connect via wifi. Just Cannot Synch. The laptop works without a hitch in both IR as well as Cradle USB.

Contacted Dell (as useful as reading the spanish section of the owners manual) they sent out a new handheld. Uninstalled, reinstalled, followed the instructions and same result. I don't know what more I can do. Any suggestions? Very very frustrated and just want it to work like it used to.
