Start menu... clearing recently used programs every soft reset..?

Is this possible? Is there something I can use to do this for me...?

I like to have the speed of the start menu as much as possible... but w/o the recently used programs feature after a soft reset...

It would have to run prior to the soft-reset. See my freeware application in my signature. It will allow you to clean your start menu's recent program list and follow it up with a soft reset (required to actually remove the entries).
