I am new to the PDA thing...I purchased a axim x50v with pocket pc 2003...Is it possible to convert word programs from my pc to the pocket pc system....Hopefully this is not a stupid question...Any help would be appreciated..Thanks

certainly not a stupid question, and I have been BATTLING with Activesync and my X30 for two days now, trying to get all of my messages to sync with Activsync. THEN I SAW THE LIGHT!! If you go into the options on your desktop Activesync, and choose 'do not convert files', ALL WILL SYNC!!
I say this, because apparently with Pocket Windows 2003 SE you do not have to convert, you can simply transfer excel and word files as is, the Axim will read them.
