Why two?
Why use two PocketPCs? I'd give them back theirs and use mine. There's no way I know of to beam all appointments or a group of appointments between two PocketPCs.
One option you might use is to setup ActiveSync on one of your workstations to sync with two PocketPCs. Or you could go into Outlook on the machine your personal one syncs to, export your calendar to a file (like a .csv) then pop that onto a floppy or CD. Take that to work, import it into your Outlook on your work computer. Tell it to dump the appointments into the same folder in your work Outlook (in this case, the Calendar folder and not a second "calendar" folder). When you sync your work PDA, the newly imported appointments will be on your work PDA.
If this is a one time, catch things up kind of a thing, this is your best bet. If you are going to be constantly bouncing appointments and such between two PocketPCs, I'd still suggest not using one of them. Personally, because of all the restrictions my organization places on work-issued PDAs, I use my own and I don't bother sync'ing with my work machine. If I receive any appointments via my work machine I just add them to my personal PocketPC manually. Very little extra effort, and I don't deal with the hassles of using a work-issued PDA.
