Activesync default location folder
Apologies if this is not the done thing but... I posted this in a different forum and was suprised that no-one replied. Is this not an issue for anyone?? So here's the post....
Can anyone advise me how to change the default location: C:\Documents and Settings\{my login name}\Application Data\Microsoft\ActiveSync\Profiles\{myPPC name}? My windows 'profile' (at work) has a filesize limit and Activesync data has pushed it over the top. I need to relocate the folder path away from my profile. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

You know that until you sync some file may go there waiting for the next sync.

I think you are asking to save your 'synced' folder elsewhere on your PC, like the desktop or something?
I have the opposite problem: 1. I want to save the synced file on my Axim into my Built In Storage area, where I created a duplicate "My Documents" folder. But when I sync, it still puts everything in the "My Documents" folder of my Main Memory. 2. If i save anything directly to my "Built in Storage" version of "My Documents" folder, it does not sync to my PC. I guess it doesn't know to look there. Can i tell it to? Is it possible to do either of these? Thanks, Danimal67
