upgrading to a new OS?

Can you upgrade a pocket pc to the newest OS?

If it were possible, and I'm not saying it is, because DELL do not retrograde the new OS's for old hardware. It would require you to have the same hardware with the new OS on it (drivers etc). Backup that OS then hack it to be able to restore to your old hardware. In this process you'll be violating licence and Microsoft will be very cranky with you.

The X3 only has WM2003. No support for WM2003 SE and you'll have to wait and see about WM2005.
