Ultimately, there is no permanent way to do this. There is a folder in your registry that contains these entries - the same one that Tweaks2k2 deletes or empties. You can delete this registry folder, but then you must soft reset, and the registry entry is recreated and the recent programs start building all over again!
However you can create a direct shortcut to the registry entry that must be deleted so you can do it a little more quickly.
