Whenever i install a program, it shows 2 or 3 copies of the software in programs. I uninstall it, and then reinstall it, and it shows 3. How can i erase these mulitple entries

I have the same problem!

programs>file explorer>windows>start menu>programs then look for duplicate files. tap and hold and you can delete the duplicates. these are all shortcuts so deleting them doesn't delete the program.
