I posted this in x50v forums, but I think I posted it in the wrong place to get adaquate responses, so I am reposting here. I hope you all can forgive me, but I need to resolve this issue.

I have a problem with adding new accounts to pocket outlook. After i go through the whole ordeal, it doesn't show the account in the account window, just "new...". If I click on the top bar where you can change folders to look at, I have multiple outbox, sent, etc. folders but will not show the name of the POP3 server I added. If I try to add it again, it states that the account is already completed. It's as if it is a ghost in the system or something. Anyone know what to do?!
