Question X3i Bluetooth Problem

My bluetooth facility has disappeared on my x3i.
Initially a message said insufficient driver memory, in settings it says bluetooth disabled, insert a card.
Can anybody help please?

Try a soft reset and make sure you delete your temp files, etc. to free up memory.

Thanks

Thanks, I've done that. The thing that I don't understand is how I don't have enough memory to run bluetooth when it is indicating 19MB free for storage and program each.
