Look in your manual for HARD RESET. This will erase EVERYHING except your filestore, and flash cards...

Just make sure you save everything important before you do it. :)

To do a hard reset, hold down power button and push stylus into soft reset hole at the same time.

Don't Panic!

Remove folders and any files not in folders from Built-in Storage one at a time just to be safe.
