How to Open with or Send to

Is there a way to associate programs in the 'SEND TO' in file explorer.
Or to create an 'open with' in file explorer. I am trying to open some spread sheets in clearVue Worksheet program.
I have a Dell Axim X30 high and using GSFinder.

GSFinder+ can do file associations I don't know about GSFinder. So try Pocket Tweak by Tillansoft for your file association needs.
