Screen rotation memory leak
I recently noticed on my X50v (WM2003SE) that each time I rotate the screen I have about 800K less free memory. Do it again and there goes another 800K or so. I think this is a WM2003SE bug: my son tested this on his Toshiba e805 with WM2003SS and saw the same thing.
I haven't seen this discussed before, but I obviously could have missed it. Is this common knowledge?

ühm.... i don`t see this thing happen when i try it on my X50v german A00 and i tried it on my US X50mid A02 either. I rotated the screen "by-hand" in Settings->Touchscreen and i rotated via SbpPocketPlus too. But i don`t see my memory dropping nm. how many times i try it.

I also have some memory leaks while rotating (x50v, A03), but amount of lost memory is a variable from 0 to 800K. The memory leak happen when I perform screen rotation, close windows and go to today screen.Turning off today screen items doesn't change the situation. Perhaps it's something with wallpaper, when OS needs to rotate/resize it...

Just for fun, I tried the same thing. Got opposite results. When I rotate to landscape, I get back about 800k. Further rotating back and forth after the initial rotation causes no change.

Based on these comments I did some more experimenting. It appears that the problem is in SpbPocketPlus -- when I have the Today screen up and use the SpbPocketPlus memory meter to check on the effect of rotating the orientation, that's where I see the 700-800 KB leak. When I have the Settings/System/Memory screen up, I can rotate as often as I want without changing the amount of memory in use.
Sorry for the false alarm. I thought it was a WM2003SE problem, since it also appeared on my son's Toshiba e805, and he doesn't run SpbPocketPlus, but that apparently was incorrect.
