Active Tasks - not showing in list...
Hi all,
I have 8 active tasks listed on my home page, but nothing shows when I open tasks. Have tried to see All Tasks, Completeed Takss and every combonation there in. What I noticed is that any tasks I associated to a catagory called " Business" is now gone - but still listed on the home screen as an active task. Also - if I create a new task, and assign it to the "Bussiness" catagory - it fails telling me it did not have enough memory (when it really does). Matter of fact anytime I try to do anything related to "Business" it does not work - either hangs or exits. This is on a Axim X50v running the A03 ROM update.

:meh, it sure doesnt look good to me, either a registry corruption or something else. Soft reset might help or not. as far as i can see only a hard reset will fix this problem. unless like i said earlier about the corruption, you may end up with a brick instead of a pda. i would do a hard reset ONLY as a last resort. maybe someone here will have a better idea then mine....

To Fix the problem...
Hi all,
Found a solution to my issues with the Tasks and Catagories DB being corrupted dome how. No Hard reset was needed. Here is what did: 1) got SKTools (Best $9 bucks I ever spent!) 2) Installed the tools 3) registered the software 4) Accessed the Database functions of SKTools 5) selected the Tasks and Catagories databases 6) Did an "Empty" on them NOTE: When I did this I had no catagories assigned to any of the calander appointments. I had quit using the catagories since it would hose things up. Now everything is all better ![]()
