Email Attachments via Wireless

Shouldn't I be able to access email attachments in Pocket Outlook if using a POP3 provider? I can't seem to find a way to open an attachment with an email.

Think I have it.

Another question: am I going to have to give Yahoo my $20 in order to upgrade my free account to POP3 to access attachments, or is there a "YPOPS" type answer for PPC?
