Hey,

Soft Reset - like rebooting your PC, it clears out all the memory out without loosing data (unless it wasn't saved ofcourse).

Hard Reset - Deletes everything and brings your PDA back to as it came from the box when you first got it.

Cheers
Adrian

Soft reset - press the reset button on the back... with the stylus :)

Hard reset - press the rest button on the back and the power button on the front. You might need to be a gymnest to do this though

Cheers

If you take the battery out you need to wait more than 30 minutes for the backup battery to run down.

If you didn't do this I would do a hard reset, it you did do this then you don't have a problem, just enjoy.
