This might sound like a dumb question but how do you open up the saved notes you wrote or open up a Word document? When I click on the document, nothing happens. When I click and hold, I get the task box but only allows me to copy the file, delete it, or move it. For some reason I can't get any document to open?

maybe the file associations got corrupted or not.

have you tried to open the doc's within the word/notes.

gsfinder+ amongst other freeware can re-assign file associations.

 

Also do a simple soft resetnif you haven't already. Press the reset button on the back.

Always read stuff that will make you look good if you die in the middle of it.
