I have some voice recordings in the Notes module of Outlook and I'd like save some of them outside of Outlook and rename them.

Is this possible?

What format are they in? .msg file? I expected .wav or something like that.

I can't do a "save as" because it tries to save it as an htm file.

When I try to search for RecordingX in all file systems, I can't find the file anywhere.

I was able to drag the file from Notes to an email message and send it off to myself, and then save the file, but that's a bit unweildy.
