Codecs

Anyone here knows how to install Codecs (.ax) in MediaPlayer 10? Or an Alternative player? Is it even posiible?

Don't think you can install codecs of media player... But Betaplayer plays lots of files (and is very very free)

Does it play RealMedia Streams?

Windows Media Player 10 and lower do not support plugins or codecs (codecs work completly differently in WM2003SE vs desktop windows

RealPlayer for PocketPC would be what you are looking for, but It appears to be a native WM2002 app, so it might not work 100%.

RealPlayer is crap. Dont like it. Just a personal feeling.
But it Works on my Axim

can anybody tell me what resolution and bytrate i must use for encode movies. i try'd to encode usin divX, but it works not very good: video work slower then audio. sorry for grammar errors i speak english not very good.

your english is fine.

if you have winXP, you can used the wmencoder , its a free download at M$.com

this application convert movies, musics automaticly for PDA format.

i dont know the specification required by media player (mobile)
