Which memory ?
When I install programs on my X50v I install to built storage, or an SD card... but something seems to eat up he 64mb of RAM.
Is there a good tool out there that shows what is stored in built storage vs what is stored in RAM?

A lot of programs install their device drivers etc in the Main memory. I've got memmaid and I use that - coz it's free. Otherwise it's quite difficult - most of the culprit programs install their DLLs, which aren't easy to track...

Memmaid isn't free... or wasn't last time I checked??? There is a time limited demo though.
Almost all programs will install something to the main memory. If you really need to get the memory back you can use Memmaid (as suggested above) to move the DLLs, Avantgo, IE Cache etc. to BIS or Memory cards. Cheers

The reason it is slow is that writting to BIS is very slow, essentially it is a read only memory and hence has fast read but slow write.
