Synchronization process is fine (ActiveSync 3.7 & recently upgraded to 3.8; outlook 2003); however the appointments only show on the Today, go into the Calendar application nothing is there (completely blank). Does anybondy know what's going on?

Open Activesync on your computer. Go to Tools> Options> Sync Options tab. Select calendar in the list and then select Settings. Make sure you have All future weeks appointments selected and all categories are selected if there are any in the list.
