How to remove dead programs under programs?

I've uninstalled some programs from my X5, However the program name still shows and if I tap on it, it says about how it can't find the app.

What should I do that I've already uninstalled the program from the pda?

Or you can try MemMaid, which removes old shortcuts and registry entries.
