My ppc freezed and wont turn on!!

hi guys,
will someone please tell me what could be the possible cause for it to hang and not turning back on not until i hard restarted it. LOST EVERYTHING!!

this is what i did. i was just using skype creating a messege for my officemate then it hanged and we i did a soft restart it wont boot.. i decided to take the batt out and put it back in, still it wont turn on. until i decided that i will just try to do a hard restart... well it did turn on eventually but now i lost everything stored and installed

I read a thread about x50's power related problem. I'm afraid it's the same problem. Many ended up with replacing their axims.

replacing it?? OMG...ill try to upgrade with the A04 maybe it has solved this

If it's working, why not just get a storage card and back everything up? Next time you won't lose everything.
