E-Mail: How do I set up my Hotmail account under the E-Mail settings?

I would like to know how can I set up my Hotmail account as the primary E-Mail on my x30?

I appreciate replies.

Hotmail (and yahoo) requires you to purchace a preimum service (called hotmail plus) for $20 a year to get the settings needed to set up remote access like you would need for your Axim or outlook on your desktop. Some people have had luck with third party add ons that will check the hotmail for you. But your only other option is to check it through the browser.

If you really wan't remote access and a free email. GMail works fine. Of course you would have to change email addresses then.

Go into messaging and select Accounts... New Account and put in the settings.

This is not true or necessary.

for $6.00US (yep six bucks), you can purhase the Pocket Inbox add-on called "HTTPmail" at www.handango.com to setup a HTTP protocol mail account on your Axim and receive your Hotmail. No service upgrades are ncessary.
