Magic button problem

I accidently selected "never show when inactive" on one of my running program icons. So now whenever its running in the background, MB doesn't display its icon allowing me to close it.

Anyone know how to reverse this setting? I have reinstalled MB to no effect.

Forgive this if it's too elementary...but when Magic Button is running, you can toggle it's appearance (i.e. on/off screen) by holding down on the Magic Button X. Then the little magic button house will appear, and you can do whatever you need.

If you already were aware of that, my apologies. (p.s. Magic Button has to be running, of course)

Yes, I am aware of this. But thanks.

The problem is, when you select "never show when inactive" for a running program, MB all but ignores this application. Even when you choose "close all" from the MB menu (house icon), it still leaves this application running. I can't figure out how to reverse this setting.

EDIT: I posted this issue on the TranCreative boards. If I get an answer, I'll post it here in case its useful to anyone else.
