I downloaded a program demo, but it has no install procedure. The instructions tell me to copy the EXE and the 2 DLL files to the PPC.

I created a folder within "Program Files" and moved the files there.

The program now runs, but I can't figure out how to get ir on the "Programs" menu.

Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the site!

To get a shortcut icon you will need to create it. Do this... Go back into the folder where you copied the exe file. Tap+hold that file and choose copy. Then go to Windows> Programs and into the folder where you want to the shortcut. In the open area tap+hold again and choose paste shortcut.

That should set you up.
