Windows Media 10 can't see SD Card data

...or the CF card for that matter.

I have about 300 mb of tunes loaded from my desktop (XP) to the SD card thru the docking station. However I have to go hunt & play each song directing it manually to Windows Media Player 10 each time...no shuffle, etc.

How do I link the "magnificent" WMP to see the SD card tunes which are in the "Music" folder on that card? Forgive me if this has already been discussed, but I did a search and found no way to do it yet.

BTW its a Axim X50v.

You have to choose the library within WMP. First go to Menu --> Library --> SD Card. Then you must update the library. Go to Menu --> Update Library. When that screen opens click on Search. It will take a second while it searches for files. It will then add the files and the you can click on Done. WMP should then see the library located on that card.
