Add Asian Characters to Windows ME 2003
I am thinking of adding Chinese characters to the windows, including IE browser. could anyone tell me how to do it?

By the way, I have an X30H.

i think some where in the forum there has been a discussion about this, you can use monster chinese or ce-star.
