favorites in Pocket Internet Explorer

When I try to add a favorite in IE I can enter the name of the favorite but the actual URL of the site is hard coded in, not allowing me to change it. The site that is in there that can't be changed is file:\\/windows\default.htm. Thanks for any advice.

You have to actually browse to the site you want to add first. It takes the current page, and lets you give it a name, but not change the URL (weird, i know... )
