Area code in owner info
Just received my new Axim x50v and loving it. When I type in my phone number in the Owner Information screen, it encloses the first three numbers as an area code, but in Australia, we only use two digit area codes. eg. 08 9444 1234 is displayed as (089) 444 1234. Is there anyway to customize this so it only displays as (08) 9444 1234? Or do I have to live with it?

Did you try setting your region to Australia? There are various region settings in Start -> Settings -> Regional ( I think, guessing the location, but u can find it)

Yes, Region is set to Australia. For the time being I have got around it by just not putting in the area code and it doesn't display any brackets.
