A far-fetched thought: MemMaid has an identical-looking memory slider bar (in the "Memory Tweaks" section). If it, too, is corrupted, then that's some further information. Or will using MemMaid's slider bar have any effect on the System's slider bar?

My MemMaid shows the same missing slider bar. I believe MemMaid uses the same one as the OS.

Have you done any tweaks to make your scroll bars thinner? I noticed that on mine, the smaller I made my scroll bars, the thinner my memory slider bar got. It may be possible that making the scroll bars thinner than what I had could make the slider bar disappear altogether.

I'll look into it more and post back.

Good luck!

EDIT:
Slider bar disappeared when I had scroll bars set to 9. It returns(smaller than normal) when I set scroll bar width at 8 or 10.

bodyshot6, you're a genius!!!

Yes, I used Tweaks to change the scrollbar thinner. The default value is 13 and I changed it to 9. After reading what you mentioned, I changed it back to default and voila...the memory slider bar is back!

Now I just have to optimize it smaller but make sure the memory bar does not disappear. I did not want to uninstall apps until I had no other avenues!

Again, thanks! Another odd mystery solved... :)

Hah, I thought it was something with Tweaks, just didn't realize it was something I DID in Tweaks. Great catch!!
