It says on the site"only for wireless and Bluetooth X30"Will it mess up my non-wireless X30?

Probably... If it's for those only, it's probably an update to that stuff, and your Axim may get confused when it can't find what it's looking for.

it says it properly displays processor speed in power app. mine works fine... was that an issue with t e last ROM update?

Im sure it was, otherwise they would just try to push the new ROM on you instead.

For some yes, but not all updaters to AO6. I installed the patch and reported in another thread that all is well. I just looked at my processer tab in the power setting, and the speed buttons are gone.

Soft reset .. and voila, it's back :approve:

My Axim actually said "Please perform a soft reset" after the install. Maybe you pressed OK to quick before reading the same?
