Item not synchronized in files

After I sync my Axim, I get the message (1 item not synchronized) and the active circle is yellow!

How can I find out which one of the files is causing this error, or HOW do I fix this?

I am getting the following message:"Items of one or more information types cannot be synchronized. Disconnect and reconnect your device.
To view all error messages and dialog boxes that require your input, you must connect to this computer via infrared or serial/USB cable."

I have already done this twice, and I still have the 1 item not synchronized....
isn't there any way to find out what is the item causing the problem? ot how can I fix it...
