SQL CE 2.0 Cab Files

We've been struggling to upgrade my Amix X50V with SQL 2.0. Has anyone successfully done this. In order to run the .NET app we've developed we have to upgrade the .NET framework and it's a problem. Have the InterPXA270 processor. Anyone, anyone?

Do you mean upgrading from an earlier version to SQL CE 2.0? I've written an app which includes the SQL CE 2.0 db engine, and it's seems to have worked for the axim people here, although I doubt many of them would have had an earlier version of SQL CE installed already.
