Yes, mine arrived today too.

A shame the MapKing guys don't have their act together yet. I need that software later this year and it doesn't work on WM5.

Looks like 2006 will be my date for the upgrade.

I received an email from Dell back in November and ordered the CD. Installed WM5 against my better judgement and found most of the problems that are already reported in these forums.

I backed out to WM 2003 and am a much happier Vegemite - except for the $50 outlay on the CD.

Am running ActiveSync 4.1 and experiencing no problems now.
I'll wait for Microsoft/Dell to get their act together before trying WM5 again.

Why do you want to upgrade to WM5.0? I've had so much problems with my x51v ...there are still software that don't run well on it. If I were you, I'd stick with the tried and true....until all the bugs are fixed. What is the advantage of WM5.0 over Windows PPC 2003?
