Hi,

Do you know if there is a software compatible with the x51v to send SMS's?

I have tried easy SMS and BVRP POcket Phone Tools 4 but they are not working.

I am now checking SMS Manager 2.0.1 (using a trial) and I also have seen Connect2phone 3.1 but there is no trial for this software.

It seems no one uses their PDA to send SMS via their cell phone. If anyone does, they use a BT phone (my cell phone is not BT enabled). I've posted before asking about SMS through Gomadic cables and never received any responses. But I guess it is understandable considering Gomadic had no clue either.

I just wish I could type text on anything other than a number pad.

Just noticed you use the x51V. I use the x50V. Same stuff applies though.

I use easySMS on my X50v all the time to send SMS via my Nokia phone using infrared and not Bluetooth. Works fine. Not sure about X51v options as I don't have WM5 (yet).
