Hi,

I just purchased a new Dell Axim X51.
When I try to install activesync, it just tells me that it is connecting. It has done this for hours. I have tried to re-install activesync without any success.

Anyone have any ideas about what to do?

hi mate,

suggest you take a look at the activesync forum. lots of advice including link to MS website work around.

I have same problem. Only way i can connect is via infrared.
