The default open file dialog that most programs use doesn't allow me to browse to sub folders, only those under my documents and the top level folders on the CF Card. Is there anything that fixes this or do I just have to sit with a flat file hirachy?

On a side note it would be nice to select any file extension as well as the default ones in the list that the application provides.
